Located on the edge of Brixham, this challenging brownfield site presented an opportunity to transform a small parcel of under-utilised land into a contemporary family home.

Following the refusal of a previous proposal and a dismissed planning appeal, we were appointed to re-evaluate the site's constraints and develop a more sensitive design solution.

The approved three-bedroom dwelling demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can unlock difficult sites and create high-quality homes in sustainable locations. By responding directly to the challenges of the site and its context, the project successfully transformed a long-standing vacant plot into a valuable new addition to the local community.​
