Got a vision?
Let's make it a reality
Whether your knowledge surrounding architecture & design is newbie level or superb, we're ready to help. We know your ideas have value, and your project is going to be outstanding. We'd like to be the ones to make the vision become real.

So, how do we do it?
Let's start at the beginning... at your beginning. Whether you've only just had a spark of interest that has led you to contact an architect, you may be yet to find a direction. Or if you've got plans of some sort in place that you need help to physically develop. Wherever you are in your journey, we can help.

STAGE 1
Briefing
This is the single most important stage in the development process. Here we nurture and explore your project brief, it's opportunities, it's risks, it's overall feasibility against the parameters of project budget, site constraints, local & national planning policy.
The conclusion of this stage will provide feasibility for your ideas and a plan to move forward.
STAGE 2
Concept Design
This where the fun really starts! The Concept Design stage is where your ideas begin to come to life through an iterative design lead process.
STAGE 3
Developed Design
Once the Concept Design is agreed, we start putting 'meat on the bone' and incorporate materiality, building systems and methods in achieving the physical spaces.
If Planning Approval is required for your project then Stage 3 is also the stage at which we will issue a planning application to your Local Authority.
STAGE 4
Technical Design
The Technical Design stage is post Planning Services (if planning approval is required) and is where things really get serious with the project!
Detailed Technical design heavily involves coordination of information with other specialist consultant personnel such as structural & civil engineers, building services engineers and the Building Control department. Stage 4 is also the stage at which we will issue a building regulations application to the building control inspector
STAGE 5
Construction
This is typically where the baton will be handed over to the chosen main contractor for the prospective building work for your development.
In addition to us performing regular site visits, even during the construction stage it is not uncommon for further 'working drawings' to be produced to really get granular of how very specific spaces and junctions will work on site!
