Goldlea Farm

Goldlea Farm was previously an agricultural building integral to the sites previous farming use. The owner wished to explore the opportunity of achieving a new dwelling use for the site - In which the local planning authority insisted that any replacement property must be a modest barn typology. We undertook the building control drawings for Goldlea which now boasts spacious living and a large separate garage.
