Our client wanted to create a new master bedroom by extending the roof space over an existing flat roof above the ground floor.

The proportions of the existing bungalow allowed us to produce a dramatic extension with a steep pitched gable end roof. The inset balcony with full height fenestration and expressed dormer on the side enjoy far reaching views, and also present a combination of recess & relief to give this new bedroom a dynamic presence.
