Our client wanted to create a contemporary addition to this conventional victorian property in line with a full internal refurbishment of the house. Introducing a simple box extension to the front of the house maximised the enjoyment of the stunning estuary views beyond. This furthermore provided opportunity to have a small usable terrace area above which adds an extra special element to the extension from the upstairs.
